Refund Policy

At OnlineAddaa, we provide digital dance tutorial products that are delivered instantly after successful payment. Because digital products are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, all purchases are generally non-refundable.

However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Payment was completed but the tutorial access link was not delivered
• Duplicate payment was made for the same product
• The purchased digital product is unavailable

Customers must request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
